Questions about fiber in South Tyrol
How do I find out if fiber is available at my address?
Choose your plan and enter your connection address, including municipality, street and house number, directly when ordering online. We use these details to work out the technical setup. The municipality list is a starting point; actual availability depends on the individual building.
What fiber speeds does Dolomitinet offer?
Our fiber plans range from 50 to 1,000 Mbit/s with symmetric speeds: download and upload speeds match for each profile. We check which profiles are possible at your address when reviewing your connection request. You can find the individual speeds in the plan overview.
What does the connection cost?
The monthly price and one-time activation fee are shown for each plan, including whether VAT is included or excluded. Additional charges may apply if internal building wiring is needed. Please check the information above the plans and discuss your building's requirements with us.
How does activation work?
Choose a plan and order online with your connection address. We then arrange the technical setup and activation with you. The work required and the process depend on the existing network and the wiring in your building.
What can I do if fiber is unavailable?
Ask us about fixed wireless internet. Depending on your location, a wireless connection may be a suitable alternative. We help you check which option could work at your address.
